Congratulations to Braulio, not only did he win his own weight category in what many consider to be the toughest grappling tournament in the World but he also won the absolute. It’s an incredible achievement and this victory only cements the fact that Braulio is one of the world’s best. Gi and No Gi.

Hi all, unfortunately I have had to cancel tonights class due to the venue being shut as it is a bank holiday. Apologies for the short notice but I was hoping to find an alternative venue but was unsuccessful. Wednesday’s class will be on as normal so I’ll look forward to seeing you all there !

I am hoping to announce the details for a seminar with multiple world and Pan American BJJ Champion Braulio Estima. This will be the first time Braulio has come to Cardiff and will give everyone at GB Cardiff an opportunity to train with a truly world class instructor .

I am pleased to announce that there will be a new class starting at the Ultimate Fitness Centre , City road on Wednesday the 5th August. Format will be the same as the existing classes so everybody is welcome

Commencing from the 5th August there is now a second class held at the Ultimate Fitness Centre from 20:00 – 21:30.

As well as this great news there is also a possibility of a 3rd class which will most likely be run on a Tuesday. And Chris is aiming to get 2009 BJJ World Champion Braulio Estima to do a seminar in Cardiff, it will most likely be a no-gi seminar. Once confirmed more information will be posted soon.
